Interactive demo with synthetic data. This environment demonstrates Terra PPC workflows using synthetic advertising, seller-business, financial and economics data. Actions remain inside this demo and are not sent to Amazon or any external advertising or selling account.
Budget Planner
Plan the month's advertising budget, follow actual ad spend against the plan, and move unused daily budget to efficient campaigns that run out of budget.

Reallocation
BlockedTerra PPC's deterministic rule for moving unused daily budget to an efficient campaign that runs out of budget. Two budgets change together; the total never rises.
Move $20.00 a day from SP | Corrugated Mailers — Broad to SP | Black Gift Boxes — Exact.
- Gives
- SP | Corrugated Mailers — Broad$55.00to$35.00/dayUnder-pacing · $48.49 a day unused over the last 7 days · ACoS 31.4% (target 24.0%)
- Receives
- SP | Black Gift Boxes — Exact$80.00to$100.00/day1 of the last 7 days at 95%+ of budget · ACoS 18.2% (target 25.0%, break-even 44.0%)
- Total daily budget of the two campaigns
- $135.00 → $135.00 (never raised)
Not ready: one requirement is blocked (recipient is budget-limited).
SP | Black Gift Boxes — Exact reached 95% of its budget on 1 of the last 7 days. One or two days are only a signal — Amazon may spend up to twice a daily budget on one day while the month stays within the daily average — so 3 are needed.
The amount is the smallest of the donor’s unused daily budget, 25% of the recipient’s daily budget and what keeps the donor at or above $10.00. Applying changes the two daily budgets inside the demo; undo it from the Change Log.
Requirements
- BlockedRecipient is budget-limited — 1 of the last 7 days at 95%+ of its budget (3 needed; fewer is a signal).
- PassRecipient is efficient — ACoS 18.2% vs Target ACoS 25.0%.
- PassRecipient inventory is healthy — No advertised SKU is low or out of stock.
- PassRecipient listing is healthy — Advertised listings are active.
- PassRecipient margin guard — ACoS within the 44.0% modeled break-even.
- PassDonor keeps its minimum budget — Stays at or above $10.00 a day.
- PassWithin the maximum change — At most 25% of the recipient's budget per change.
Campaign Pacing
Each campaign's share of the plan against its ad spend so far in September 2026.
| The campaign’s share of the monthly plan, set in the plan editor. | Monthly plan × allocation, for the whole month. | Planned × the curve’s share of the days completed this month. | Ad spend of the campaign on the days completed this month. | Actual to date ÷ expected to date. From 90% to 110% is on track; — when nothing was expected yet. | ACoS = Ad Spend ÷ Ad-attributed Sales × 100. Shown as — when there are no attributed sales in the selected period. Last 30 days. | Break-even ACoS equals the pre-ad contribution margin: the ACoS at which modeled profit after ads is zero. | Daily ad spend ÷ daily budget over the last 7 days. At 95% or more on 3 of the 7 days the campaign is budget-limited; on fewer days it is near its budget. | Suggested Action | |||

State order: an advertised SKU that is low or out of stock makes a campaign inventory-constrained; otherwise ACoS above break-even makes it profit-constrained; otherwise a campaign at its daily budget (and not over-pacing) is budget-constrained; otherwise delivery decides (under 90% under-pacing, over 110% over-pacing). ACoS covers the last 30 days; budget use the last 7 days.
Monthly Budget Plan
Seed planThe plan sets planned and expected spend for pacing. Saving it never changes a campaign budget: only an applied reallocation does, and a reallocation never raises the total daily budget.
How the Budget Planner Works
- The plan is a monthly advertising budget spread over the days of the month by a curve (even, front-loaded, back-loaded, an event boost or custom weights) and split across campaigns by allocation. It is a customer-configured assumption, not an Amazon setting, and it repeats every calendar month.
- Pacing compares the ad spend of the completed days with what the plan expected by now. Within ±10% of the plan is on track; below is under-pacing and above is over-pacing. The month-end projection continues the last 7 days’ average daily ad spend in a straight line; it is not a forecast.
- Budget-limited means 95% or more of the daily budget spent on 3 of the last 7 days. Amazon may spend up to twice a campaign’s daily budget on one day while keeping the month within the daily average, so one or two days at the budget are only a signal (“Near budget”).
- A reallocation moves unused daily budget from an enabled campaign that under-paces or runs above its Target ACoS to the most efficient budget-limited campaign — only when the receiving campaign is within its Target ACoS and its modeled break-even, in stock and with an active listing. The amount is capped by the plan’s maximum change and minimum campaign budget, the two budgets change together, and the total daily budget never rises. Applying runs the business guardrails and emergency controls first, writes a Change Log entry with undo, and nothing is sent to Amazon.
- Saving the plan changes planned and expected spend only. Campaign budgets change only through an applied reallocation or a manual budget change on Campaigns.
